If you’d like to use your health insurance for your appointment, we’ll just need a few details from your policy in advance. This helps us make the process smooth for you and avoids any unexpected charges.

The information we’ll need includes:

Your membership number, Authorisation code, Any excess amount payable, Number of sessions approved, The condition covered (e.g., back pain, knee pain), Which practitioner type you’re covered to see (e.g., osteopath, physiotherapist), Your policy renewal date.

You’ll receive an intake form to provide these details before your first visit. If we don’t receive this form ahead of time, we’ll need to book your session as a standard private appointment, with fees payable on the day.

Phil holds a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage from the Cambridge School of Sports Massage.

Outside of work Phil is a competitive ballroom dancer having won numerous World, European and National Championships over the last fifteen years. Phil continues to compete representing England in all major international ballroom competitions.

He has a wealth of experience working with clients who are struggling with pain, muscle tightness/tension and reduced function. Phil has a very hands-on approach using a broad spectrum of techniques. These range from deep and effective sports massage techniques to more gentle massage and soft tissue care including; soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular tension method and myofascial release. He will also provide rehabilitation when needed to enhance your recovery.

Phil has worked with many elite dance professionals, as well as sports men and women of all ages. His aim is to provide his clients with optimal soft tissue function, enhance posture and make sure clients have good strength and flexibility to help avoid future injury or poor function.

Phil is excellent at assessing posture and providing permanent solutions to correct imbalances.

Nathan obtained his M Ost degree in osteopathy from Swansea university and also has further qualifications in instrument assisted soft tissue (IASTM), Kinesiology taping and combined Sports & rigid taping.

Alongside his studies Nathan has worked in care helping children with a wide range of complex needs giving him a greater understanding of the importance of individuals having the right support for their needs in any context and reinforcing his desire to help others receive the right care. As part of his studies Nathan has undertaken extensive research centred around the Autonomic nervous system with the goal of developing new approaches in reducing pain and treating bodily dysfunction, this research has provided the base of his treatment approach.

Nicol also holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation, which underpins an exercise-led, evidence-based approach to treatment. Nicol has experience working across private practice, the NHS, and multidisciplinary teams, supporting patients with acute and persistent musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological presentations, and complex pain. With a particular interest in exercise prescription, movement quality, and functional rehabilitation, Nicol focuses on helping patients not only recover from injury but return confidently to the activities they enjoy. Nicol has delivered Pilates-based rehabilitation at Bodies Under Construction, integrating core control, mobility, and strength to support long-term injury prevention and performance. Pilates principles play a key role in Nicol’s rehabilitation style, particularly in improving movement efficiency, spinal control, and effective load management. Manuela specialises in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Five Element Acupuncture. She has a special interest in treating the root cause of physical and emotional imbalances. Manuela believes in acupuncture’s profound ability to restore harmony in the body and mind, supporting long-term well-being. In addition to acupuncture, Manuela teaches Qigong and breathwork, integrating movement and mindfulness to enhance health. She continues her personal Qigong practice in her free time, deepening her connection to this ancient healing art. Until June 2025 Manuela will be completing the final stage’s of studies to become a licensed acupuncturist, completing her Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Acupuncture at The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading. Callum has gained experience in several clinics, treating a broad range of patients from the very sedentary to elite athletes. He has post graduate training in medical acupuncture and sports taping.

Callum thoroughly enjoys all aspects of his work and has a particular interest in sports injuries and chronic neck and back pain.

Amy graduated from Swansea University with a first class Masters Degree in Osteopathy. Her training involved treating patients of all age groups with diverse conditions including arthritic pain, chronic pain and acute sports injuries. During her studies, Amy became interested in understanding how chronic pain conditions affect multiple systems of the body and mind. She uses this knowledge to assess a client’s general health as well as their chief complaint and can provide information about implementing lifestyle changes to help improve pain and quality of life. Rosamund Heath M.Ost Rosamund trained at the European School of Osteopathy and has continued to expand her skills with specialist training in cranial, paediatric and women’s health osteopathy. She has completed a range of postgraduate courses, including Sutherland Cranial (M2, M9 and Paediatrics P1–P5), Biodynamic training (Phases 1–7, with Phase 8 to follow), and CNS 1–2. She is also undertaking the Molinari Institute of Health’s Women’s Health course.

Rosamund particularly enjoys working with babies, children, and women during pregnancy and postnatally.
